Orders & Payment

Placing an order

Once you have placed an order an invoice will be generated and sent to the email address you provide. Payment is required in order for your purchase request to be processed. Payments are made through the platform Payfast – credit or cheque card or you can make an instant EFT. Make sure the reference is made clearly as per your invoice/order number marked on your invoice that is emailed to you. Please remember to check you Junk folder in case the email should not be found. All proof of payments must be emailed to sales@superiorclothing.co.za

Don't have your size?

If you have seen something on our website or social media platforms that you like – please feel free to email us at sales@superclothing.co.za for us to check availability for you. If you have seen a product online to purchase but we do not have the size or colour you prefer, please also do reach out to us as many of our classic items are repeat ranges so we do the best we can to help all of our customers.

Shipping & Delivery

General Delivery Information

  • We will ensure that we process and dispatch your order within a reasonable period of time to ensure that you receive your goods soonest subject to cleared payment and availability of goods.
  • Once your order has been dispatched we will inform you via email.
  • We, unfortunately, cannot redirect your purchase once it has been dispatched.
  • Orders made before or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.
  • HSC makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on our website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you and provide a solution.
  • In the unlikely event of an incorrect delivery or defective product, please send us an email and we can escalate the matter.
  • Should you reside in Pretoria and wowuld prefer to collect your purchase in store, you are welcome to collect your order from our store.
  • The collection address is as follows: House of Superior Clothing, 203 Lynnwood Road, Brooklyn, Pretoria, 0083.
  • Orders will only be available and ready for collection when payment has been received.
  • You will be notified via email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attempt collection prior to receiving this confirmation email, as it will not be ready.

Delivery Terms

HSC delivers anywhere in South Africa.

  • Delivery to main cities including Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban have a R100 fee. Delivery 2 days.
  • Delivery to outlying areas not mentioned above have a fee of R150 and should take between 2-4 days.
  • You are welcome to pickup in store in Pretoria, howevr payment must be made first.
  • Once your order has been processed, we will arrange with our courier partner to deliver your purchased items to the place and person of your choice.
  • Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods. For, example, if you order something over the weekend or on a public holiday, the delivery period will only start running on the next business day.

Refunds

At House of Super Clothing we have a no refunds policy. However should you be unhappy with your product, please log this with one of our consultants at sales@superiorclothing.co.za SUBJECT: Website purchase. We will review your request and do our best to assist in the form of replacing your garment or providing you with instore or online credit. It is of utmost importance to keep our clients satisfied.
